AI Readiness and Opportunity Assessment

In two weeks we review your workflows, data and systems, find where AI will pay off, and give you a ranked list of use cases with build estimates. You keep the plan whether or not we build it.

Problems we solve

You know AI could help, but not where to start.

Leadership wants a plan with numbers, not a list of ideas.

You are unsure whether your data and systems are ready.

What we build

  • Stakeholder interviews Short sessions with the people who run each workflow.
  • Workflow and data review How work flows today, where data lives and what is accessible.
  • Ranked use cases Each opportunity scored on value, effort, risk and data readiness.
  • 90-day roadmap What to do first, what it takes to build, and what success looks like.
  • Readout session A walkthrough with your leadership team, with time for questions.

How it works

  1. Kickoff Agree goals, teams and systems in scope.
  2. Discovery Interviews and system review in week one.
  3. Analysis Score and rank use cases and estimate the builds.
  4. Readout Present the roadmap and next steps in week two.

How to start

The assessment runs over two weeks, with a few short interviews from your team. Tell us about your business and we will confirm the scope.

Questions about AI Opportunity Assessment

What do we need to prepare?

Access to the people who run the workflows in scope, and read-only access or walkthroughs of the main systems. We handle the rest.

Is this only for large companies?

No. It works for teams of ten as well as larger organizations; the scope scales with the number of teams and systems involved.

What happens after the assessment?

You get a plan you can act on with any team. Many clients continue with a prototype sprint to prove the top use case on real data.

Do you look at AI governance and risk?

Yes. Each use case notes data privacy and risk considerations, and we flag where a policy or a human review step is needed.
