How we work
Every project follows the same four stages: discover, design, build and run. Each one ends with something useful, so you can stop, pause or continue with confidence.
1. Discover
One to two weeks
We talk to your team and users, review the systems you already run, and agree the problem, the first release and how success is measured.
What you get
- A prioritized scope for a first release
- An architecture and technology recommendation
- A timeline and build estimate
2. Design
Two to three weeks, often alongside discovery
We turn the scope into user flows, interface designs and a clickable prototype, and test it with real users before writing code.
What you get
- User flows and interface design
- A clickable prototype tested with users
- Components your developers can build from
3. Build
Usually 8 to 12 weeks to a first release
We build the product or application: secure, tested, connected to your tools and documented. You see working software every week.
What you get
- Production code in your repositories
- Integrations, security review and automated tests
- Launch support and a handover
4. Run
Monthly
Software needs care after launch. We monitor it, apply security updates, fix issues and keep improving it, including any AI features.
What you get
- Monitoring and alerts
- Security and dependency updates
- A monthly report and improvement time
Starting with AI?
If you are not sure where AI fits yet, a two-week AI opportunity assessment replaces discovery, and a 3 to 4 week prototype proves the idea on your data before the build.
