What we build

Three kinds of software, one team. Projects often combine them: a SaaS product with AI features, or a web app that replaces a spreadsheet and an inbox.

SaaS products

Launch and grow a product people pay for.

Web applications

Replace spreadsheets and old systems.

AI

Add AI where it saves time or sets you apart.

Before and after the build: technical and AI consulting, a fractional CTO, and support and maintenance.

Where are you starting from?

Launching a new product

Get a first version in front of customers in 8 to 12 weeks, on a codebase built to keep growing.

MVP development

Outgrowing spreadsheets or old software

Replace workarounds with a web app built around how your team works, or modernize the system you already have.

Custom web apps or modernization

Adding features or AI to your product

Extend the software you already run with new features, integrations and AI, without a rebuild.

Integrations or AI integration

How we work

Four stages. Each one ends with something you can use, so you can pause or stop with confidence.

  1. Discover A one to two week discovery sprint to agree the problem, the users and a first release you can afford.
  2. Design Flows and clickable prototypes tested with real users before code is written.
  3. Build Working software every week, usually 8 to 12 weeks to a first release.
  4. Run Support and maintenance: monitoring, updates and steady improvements.

AI where it earns its place

We add AI when it saves real time or sets your product apart, and we tell you when plain software is the better answer. These are the AI builds we are asked for most.

  • AI features inside your product Smart search, drafting and summaries built into the software you sell.
  • Support agents Answer questions from your own documents and hand off to a person when needed.
  • Document and invoice processing Read emails, forms and PDFs and enter the data straight into your systems.
  • Internal knowledge search Search across drives, wikis and help desks, with a source for every answer.
  • Workflow automation Intake, follow-ups and reporting that run on their own, with people approving exceptions.
  • MCP connectors Let AI assistants work safely with your tools and data.

How we are different

You own everything

Code, designs and documentation live in your accounts and repositories from day one.

Built to last

Tested, secure, documented code that your team, or ours, can keep building on for years.

Working software every week

You see progress in weekly demos, not status reports, and you can change course early.

The right tool, not the trendy one

We recommend plain code, off-the-shelf software or AI based on what solves the problem best.

Questions we hear often

How much does a custom software project cost?

It depends on scope. Discovery is a small, fixed engagement, and builds are estimated once we understand the problem. Tell us what you have in mind and we will give you a straight answer on the first call.

How long does it take?

Discovery takes one to two weeks. Most first releases of a SaaS product or web application take 8 to 12 weeks.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Code, designs and documentation live in your own accounts and repositories from day one.

Which technologies do you use?

Proven, widely supported technologies chosen for your product and team, so hiring and handover stay easy. We confirm the stack during discovery.

Will it work with our existing systems?

Almost always. If a system has an API or a data export, we can connect to it. We confirm this before any build starts.

Do you support the software after launch?

Yes. Support and maintenance covers monitoring, security updates, fixes and a monthly block of improvement time.

Do we need AI?

Not always. We add AI when it saves real time or sets your product apart, and we will tell you when it does not.
