Technical and AI Consulting Services

Advice from engineers who build what they recommend. We help you choose the right architecture and tools, decide what to build, buy or skip, and find where AI will pay off. Then we can build it with you.

Problems we solve

Big technical decisions are being made without a technical lead.

Vendors pitch tools that overlap, and you cannot tell which ones fit.

Everyone is asking for an AI plan, and nobody owns it.

What we build

  • Architecture review How your systems fit together today, and what will hold you back as you grow.
  • Build, buy or wait advice Which needs off-the-shelf software, which needs custom work, and which should wait.
  • Technology and vendor selection Frameworks, platforms and AI models chosen on fit, cost and long-term support.
  • Roadmap and estimates A sequenced plan with timelines and build estimates your team can act on.
  • AI usage policy Simple rules for how your team uses AI tools with company and customer data.

How it works

  1. Listen Interviews with the people who do the work, not only leadership.
  2. Map Workflows, systems and data reviewed for where AI fits.
  3. Prioritize Use cases ranked on value, effort and risk.
  4. Recommend A written plan, walked through with your team.

How to start

Most consulting starts with a one to two week discovery. For AI-specific questions, the two-week AI opportunity assessment is the usual first step.

Questions about Technical and AI Consulting

Do you only advise on AI?

No. Most of our consulting covers architecture, product scope and technology choices. AI is one part of it.

What is the difference between consulting and development?

Consulting decides what to build and why. Development builds it. We do both, so the advice is grounded in what is practical to ship.

Will you recommend tools you do not build?

Yes. If an off-the-shelf product solves the problem, we will say so. Custom software is only worth it where it gives you an edge.

Which AI models do you work with?

We are model-agnostic and work with commercial and open-source models, chosen on accuracy, cost, speed and where your data is allowed to go.
